We offer our residents a carefree environment to simplify their lives and invest in the pursuits they enjoy most, whether that’s travel, volunteering in the surrounding campus or making extra time for family and friends.
Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living program is designed to help you live a vibrant life by connecting with the people and campus around you. We customize our care for each resident’s needs, supporting them through daily tasks, while encouraging greater independence whenever possible. Assisted Living at Fountainwood at Lake Houston allows our residents to feel confident in their ability to enjoy life on their terms.
Memory Care
We believe deeply in providing personalized and tailored care for each of our residents. This is especially true for our residents who are living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. This is why we have created Oasis Memory Care for our campus.
Oasis Memory Care follows the philosophy of a person-centric culture where one is a whole person first, the person they were and still are, and not identified by their disease or behaviors. We strive to celebrate and highlight the abilities of those we serve.
